The LCD Screen stands at 3840mm Wide & 2400mm High, it is supported by a 600mm x 500mm Stage (constructed by Rode Island) and is designed to facilitate both live events (DJ's, Solo Artists & Bands) as well as provide a visual in store medium for promotions, music videos and creative content. In order to set the purchase experience of HMV apart from any other music retailer in the UK. It is the largest audio visual stage, screen and audio installation in any retail outlet at the time in the country and ties in with the redesign and refurbishment process taking place nationwide. The project and brief has been designed and managed by Lee Edwards (Managing Director - Interactive View) & Daren Steers (Store Development Manager - HMV). The Audio consists of Turbo Sound Speakers and monitors as well as and Allen & Heath mixing desk.
